We had a picture-perfect Hill Country Day for the second annual Camp Agape Benefit Trail Ride, Lunch and Entertainment fundraiser.

All enjoyed the trail ride, the entertainment of Misslette, The Singing Cowgirl, and great food. The Camp hosted the trail ride to raise money to sponsor military kids from Ft. Hood to attend the 2008 summer camp. The Camp was also presented a $5,000 donation by Ellen and Roy Bode, owners of the Highland Lakes Newspapers. The gift represented a portion of the proceeds of recent circulation sales drives that have boosted paid distribution of the Burnet Bulletin and the Highlander newspapers.
